Lotto Bonus Ball
- Prizes
Bonus Ball To play Lotto, you are required to select six numbers from 1 to 59. If those six numbers match the six main numbers drawn, you win the jackpot. A seventh number - the Bonus Ball – is also drawn, but this is not included on your ticket. To win the grand prize jackpot, players must correctly pick the five standard numbers, as well as the “Mega Ball” bonus number. Standard picks come from numbers 1 through 47, while the bonus ball is drawn from numbers 1 through 27. SuperLotto Plus functions as part of the California State Lottery. To use the calculator, type in the number matrix, select the number of prize tiers and tick whether the lottery includes a bonus ball. If the lottery includes a bonus number, additional options will appear specifying the bonus variables. The Bonus Ball is an additional number which is drawn at the end of every Lotto game, after the six main numbers have been selected. The six main balls are drawn first from a range of 1 to 59, and a Bonus Ball is then randomly selected from the remaining 53 numbers. As of December 2019, according to statistics provided by LotterySearch, the most common bonus ball numbers are 8, 38, 31, 45, 37, and 11. The information provided by LotterySearch includes how many times each ball has been seen, when it was last drawn, where it ranks among all the balls, and the last five bonus balls to be drawn.
To win a prize in the UK Lotto, you must match the numbers on your ticket with those drawn in the lottery. You pick six numbers from a choice of 59 and must match at least two of them to win a prize. Anyone who matches all six will win the jackpot.
The jackpot starts at £2 million on a Wednesday and £3.8 million on a Saturday. It can roll over a maximum of five times in a row before it must be won. If there are still no Match 6 winners after the fifth consecutive rollover, the jackpot funds will be split between players in all the other prize tiers.

A Bonus Ball is taken from the same pool of numbers after the six main balls have been dispensed. If you match five of the main numbers plus this Bonus Ball, you will win £1 million.
